Kilimani Realty manages 120+ residential listings across Kilimani, Lavington, and Westlands — three of Nairobi's most sought-after neighbourhoods. Despite premium inventory, their Instagram account posted twice a week at best, and the founder was personally replying to property inquiry DMs at midnight.

The Problem

Kenya's social media users average 4+ hours daily on Instagram and TikTok. The properties were right, the audience was there — but the agency had no bandwidth to show up consistently. One person cannot manage 120 listings, coordinate viewings, handle landlord relationships, AND produce quality social content five days a week. What We Built

We built a two-part automation system. First, an AI content pipeline that takes Kilimani Realty's existing property photos and listing data, generates captions in both English and Swahili, and schedules posts across Instagram and Facebook at peak engagement windows — no manual work beyond a monthly 20-minute briefing. Second, a WhatsApp lead qualification bot that greets every inquiry, asks three pre-screening questions (budget, move-in date, preferred neighbourhood), and routes serious leads to an agent with a full summary prepared.

The Results

Posting frequency jumped from ~8 posts/month to 28, with no additional hires.
