Data Analysis

See how your business is really doing, without digging through spreadsheets.

The answers are already in your records: your POS sales, M-Pesa statements, stock sheets and invoices. The trouble is they sit in different places, and pulling them together by hand takes days. We bring them together, work out the numbers that matter to you, and turn them into clear reports and dashboards you can read in minutes, not hours.

For example

Picture a hardware shop with two branches in Nairobi. The owner suspects one branch is doing better but cannot say why. We combine each branch's POS sales, M-Pesa payments and stock records into one dashboard, and it becomes easy to see which products sell where, which items sit on the shelf, and which days are busiest, so restocking and staffing decisions rest on facts, not guesses.

What we do

How Data Analysis works for you.

01

Bring your records together

We gather the data you already have, such as POS exports, M-Pesa statements, Excel and Google Sheets, and invoices, and line it up so it can be compared properly.

02

Agree the numbers that matter

Together we pick the few measures that tell you how the business is doing, such as sales by product or branch, margins, stock levels and slow payers, in your terms.

03

Build clear reports and dashboards

We turn those numbers into simple charts and tables you and your team can open on a laptop or phone, without needing to be good with spreadsheets.

04

Answer specific questions

Need to know which products to stop stocking, which customers buy most, or how a price change worked out? We dig into your data and explain what we find in plain language.

What you get

What we hand over.

Every project is scoped around your business, but this is what you can expect.

  • A dashboard or set of reports built around the numbers you care about
  • A clear explanation of what each number means and where it comes from
  • A tidied-up copy of the data behind it, so the figures can be trusted
  • A walkthrough for you and your team on reading and using the reports
  • A plan for keeping the reports up to date, by hand or automatically

Problems it solves

Where Data Analysis fits.

Solution

Know your numbers without chasing them

You only find out how last month went after someone spends days pulling reports together by hand.

Dashboards that update themselves, so sales, margins and stock levels are ready whenever you want to look.

How it works

Questions

About Data Analysis.

Our records are messy and spread across Excel, M-Pesa and our POS. Is that a problem?

No, that is where most businesses start. Part of the work is cleaning up and lining up what you have. Where data is missing, we tell you plainly and suggest a simple way to start capturing it.

Do we need special software to see the dashboards?

Usually not. We can build reports in tools you may already use, such as Google Sheets or Excel, or set up a simple online dashboard you open in a browser. We recommend what fits your team and budget.

Will the reports update themselves?

They can. If you want reports that stay current without anyone pulling data by hand, we pair this with Data Engineering so your records flow in automatically. Otherwise we show your team a simple routine to refresh them.
